Our hearing professionals will assess your hearing and find the best hearing instrument that best suits your needs based on: the type of hearing loss you have, the shape of your ear canal, your lifestyle, and your financial situation.

Hearing Aid Styles

Completely-in-the-Canal (CIC)

CIC hearing aids are the smallest hearing aids available and sit deep inside your ear canal so that they're virtually invisible.
In-the-Canal (ITC)

ITC hearing aids are slightly larger than a CIC but are small enough to fit almost entirely in your ear canal, making them hardly noticeable.
In-the-Ear (ITE)

In-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids fit completely inside the outer ear. They are easy to manipulate, even for those with limited manual dexterity.
Behind-the-Ear (BTE)

BTE hearing aids are worn behind the ear and are attached to a custom-made earmold. They are the largest hearing aids that allow more power than other styles. They use a larger battery, which has a long battery life compared to other style.
Open-Fit BTE / (RIC)

Open-fit / RIC hearing aids are very small devices placed behind the ear with a very thin tube attached to the device. The thin tube is also connected to a soft dome or a small custom-made earmold on the other end that fits comfortably inside of the ear. They are considered the most discreet and cosmetically appealing of all hearing aid styles.
